| Functional Skills/Competencies: Good hands-on experience on Firewall technology, particularly on Palo Alto (PCNSE Certified), Basic Knowledge on Network Routing and Switching |
| Behavioral Skills/Competencies: Perfect communication in English, End-user service-oriented, Good Interpersonal skills, Ability to work under pressure, Rigour and synthesis, Advanced level of troubleshooting skills |
