RF-SMART Consultant / Developer

We’re seeking a skilled RF-SMART Consultant to join our ERP and supply chain technology team. This role focuses on implementing, customizing, and supporting RF-SMART solutions – enhancing warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and real-time data visibility.

What you will do :

– Lead or support RF-SMART implementations across warehouse and inventory operations.
– Configure RF-SMART modules to meet business requirements, including barcode scanning, picking, packing, receiving, and cycle counting.
– Collaborate with ERP teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow between RF-SMART and core systems.
– Conduct user training, create documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
– Troubleshoot issues and optimize RF-SMART performance for operational efficiency.
– Stay current with RF-SMART updates and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

What you will bring :

– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
– 6 – 10 years of experience with RF-SMART implementation or support.
– Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics.
– Understanding of warehouse operations and mobile data collection workflows.
– Experience with scripting or configuration tools within RF-SMART is a plus.
